The North East Development Commission has successfully delivered palliatives to all six House of Representatives members in Yobe State.

The food and non-food items were delivered to the representatives earlier in the week by the Yobe NEDC office for onward distribution to their respective constituents.

The food and non food items include:

a. 9000 bags of rice,

Recall that the NEDC's Managing Director/CEO Mohammed G. This is also aimed at supporting the respective state governments and other stakeholders in the region.

The NEDC Yobe State Coordinator, Prof. Ali Ibrahim Abbas, said that the Fed. House of Representatives members in Yobe State have successfully received the items. He expressed optimism that as representatives of the people at their constituencies, the NEDC's donated items will reach most deserving beneficiaries.

The Federal constituencies include

3. Damaturu, Gujba, Gulani and Tarmuwa,
