Yobe:NUJ Score Gov.Buni High for Roads Construction Across the State

The Nigerian Union of journalists(NUJ) Yobe State Council Under the good leadership of Comr.Rajab M.Ismail organised 
 a  teams of Journalists in the state for roads inspection tour across the state. 

In his remarks, the NUJ Chairman yobe State council,  Comr.Rajab Mohammed Ismail expressed appreciation of the projects and commended Governor Mai Mala Buni for his outstanding performance.

He called on other governors in Nigeria to emulate Governor Buni for overall development of the country.

The Team of Journalists interview some Yobe residents and they expressed  their happiness and commended Gov Mai Mala Buni for construction of access roads across various parts of the state.

said the 10km Chumbusko - Tagali road had made life easier for them.

“Before the provision of the road, we could hardly transport our farm produce to various markets within and outside the state and Now we are very glad to be connected to the other part of the state, he said. 

A motorist Malam Sama'ila Tagali he also thanked Governor Buni for a job weldone and appealed for
storage facilities for preservation and storage of their farm produce.

The Village Head of Chukuriwa Mall. Muhammadu also commended Gov Buni for 16.5km Dawasa, Chukuriwa, Kukuri art road.
He said the road has linked several villages along the route with major town of Potiskum.

He also commended the governor and the Commissioner for Works, Alhaji Umar Wakil Duddaye for the construction Jumaat Mosque in Chukuriwa.

Also the Masaya of Kukuri Ishaku Ado expressed appreciation to Governor Mai Mala Buni, the Commissioner for Works for this project in their area.

He added that the people of the three communities will remained grateful for the Commissioner of Works, Alh.Umar wakili Duddaye who had been the facilitated the project in the area.

The Vice Chairman of of Fika  local government, this project is one of the project being jubilated by entire citizens of this locality.

Because it has taken some decades before it's actualisation. That is why it is a very historic  legacy of Governor Buni's administration.

He added that the project had linked about  five wards and three local government areas of Fika, Gulani and Gujba local government area in the state.
