Yobe state Government hands over 50 hectares of land to Federal government for Renew Hope housing scheme

The yobe state government has officially hand over 50 hectares of land to the Representative of the Federal ministry of housing and urban Development for the construction of mass housing projects under the Renew Hope Agenda of Mr. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. 


The land will be used to construct One thousand housing unit in Damaturu the state capital. 


Speaking, the Commissioner Yobe State ministry of housing and urban development Hon.Ahmed Buba says the yobe state will be the first to benefit from the project in Nigeria,assuring Governor Mai Mala Buni Buni,s Commitment  to making life more better for our communities. 


In his part the DG YOGIS,Dr.Abdullahi Hassan Gana Represented By the Director Land Administration ESV.Inuwa Usman Yaroro Described the hands over is signifies a collaborative effort towards addressing the housing needs of our people and contributing to the development of our state and the nation at large. 


We look forward to the successful implementation of the mass housing projects and the positive impact it will have on our communities.

He thanked his Excellency, the Executive Governor of Yobe State, Hon.Mai Mala Buni CON, for his prompt approval and support in ensuring that this land is free from any encumbrance and for directing its conveyance to the FMH&UD.


In his speech the controller Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development Mr.Peter E. Attah thanks His Excellency the Executive Governor of yobe state Hon.Mai Mala Buni CON  for giving the 50 Hectares of land for the construction of 1000 Renew Hope housing scheme in the state, this is clear indication that the yobe state government is hundred percent supporting the programme and committed to assist the yobe state field office in achieving its goals.
