Microfinance Bank Trains Staff to Enhance Service Delivery

In an Effort to transform Yobe State’s financial sector and equip Staff with the tools for improved service delivery.
The Yobe State Microfinance Bank has conducted an intensive training program for its staff.
The capacity-building workshop, which aligns with Governor Buni’s Commitment for sustainable development, focused on modern banking operations, customer service excellence, marketing, tellering and clearing processes, accounting entries, credit administration, and effective delinquency management and recovery strategies.
The Managing Director, Prof. Sheriff Ibrahim, Said the training was facilitated by the renowned SL Business School, Abeokuta, Ogun State by Chief Trainer and CEO, Mr.Lateef Oloyede.
The institute is known for its expertise in business development and corporate training, ensuring that participants received top-notch education in critical banking system.
Governor Buni’s administration has consistently emphasized capacity building as a cornerstone of its development strategy.
By investing in human capital, particularly in critical sectors such as finance, administration aims to improve service delivery, promote economic growth, and enhance the overall quality of governance in the state.
In his Remarks the Managing Director prof. Sheriff Ibrahim praised Governor Buni’s transformative Agenda.
