Gov. Buni  Urged the People of Ngalda To take ownership of the Market.

Yobe state Governor  Mai Mala Buni has inspected the Ngalda Modern Market under construction.

The Governor who was accompanied by his Deputy, Hon.Idi Barde Gubana, expressed satisfaction with the quality of work on the project.

Buni highly impressed with the standard of the project and the contractor's commitment to ensure the project is executed within the contractual time frame.

"Ngalda has one of the vibrant markets in the state which has been operating under makeshift structures, government constructed the market to provide a conducive environment for business activities to grow and improve the economy.

" We have constructed two others in Yunusari and Machina to support economic development.

"l call on the people to take ownership of the markets, ensure proper maintenance for the government to have value for its money"

Earlier, the state Commissioner for Housing is Arch. Ahmed Buba Kyari, who conducted the Governor around the market said the contractor executed the project in accordance with the contractual specifications and time frame.

The Statement which is signed and issue to the Sahel treasure By the Director press and Media affairs to the Governor Mamman Mohammed 

He said the project is at the final stage of completion and would soon be ready for commissioning.
