Gov.Buni Commiserates With Victims of Fika Market Fire Disaster

Governor Hon. (Dr) Mai Mala Buni of yobe has Commiserated with the victims of the Fika Market fire disaster.
The Governor described as unfortunate, the fire incident saying, this was happening at a time when the people were deeply committed to building the local economy.
"This is not just a loss to the individuals but the state in general, we will support the victims to recover from this painful loss" he said.
Gov. Buni directed the State Emergency Management Agency to provide immediate support to the victims and to take stock of the loss.

He explained that his administration would continue to provide conducive environment for economic growth and prosperity.
He encouraged the people to remain resilient saying, "as faithful we strongly believe that nothing happens to a believer without the knowledge and will of his creator.
"I am optimistic God will support you to recover and grow bigger with huge prosperity" Gov. Buni said.
The Governor urged the people to remain cautious and proactive against possible causes of fire at home, shops and markets.
