Buba Jajere Resigns From PDP, Defects To APC

Muhammad Buba Jajere, PhD, FNSE, MNSE, Member Representing Fika/Fune Federal Constituency of Yobe State in the House of Representatives, has officially resigned his membership from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and declared his defection to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
This decision follows extensive consultations with political associates, stakeholders, and constituents across Fika/Fune Federal Constituency and beyond.
Jajere stated that his move is driven by a firm commitment to better align with a platform that supports his vision for sustainable development and effective representation, that improved welfare for his people.
According to him, the decision to join the APC is in the best interest of his constituents, as it will further enhance his ability to attract meaningful projects, strengthen collaboration with relevant government institutions, and contribute more effectively to national development.
He expressed profound appreciation to the leadership and members of the PDP for the support and cooperation he enjoyed during his time in the party.
He, however, emphasized that the current political realities and the need to deliver more dividends of democracy necessitated his defection.
He reassured the people of Fika/Fune Federal Constituency of his unwavering dedication to their progress, promising to continue championing policies and initiatives that will uplift the socio-economic conditions of the constituency.
