Tinubu Records 100℅ Victory In yobe Direct Primary Gov. Buni

Governor of Yobe State, Hon. Mai Mala Buni CON, COMN, Saturday visited Kasaisa town to monitor the ongoing All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential direct primary election where he served as the Returning Officer for the exercise.

Buni toured some of the polling centres in the area to assess the conduct of the primary election and ensure that the process was peaceful, orderly and transparent.

During the visit, the governor interacted with party officials, stakeholders and voters participating in the exercise.

Observers at the centres reported peaceful conduct throughout the process, with party members and residents actively participating in the election.

Some of the voters who spoke during the exercise expressed satisfaction with the conduct of the primary and reiterated their support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general election.

The governor said the visit was part of efforts by the party leadership to ensure a credible and transparent electoral process in line with democratic principles.

The APC presidential direct primary election was conducted across designated centres as part of preparations for the 2027 elections.
